   ✓graduate of a bachelor’s degree preferably majors in English
   ✓graduate or has earned units in master’s degree or post-graduate education
   ✓passed any of the two major English-language tests in the world – IELTS and TOEFL
   ✓has excellent communication skills, confident, and professionally tactful
   ✓has passion in learning

Administrator

The ADMINISTRATORS include the Board of Directors, the General Manager, the Operations Manager, the Human Resource Manager, and the Team Leaders. They provide overall direction and oversee the overall operation of the academy. They evaluate the academy’s performance and productivity, develop and implement strategies, plan and coordinate various aspects in the operation’s area such as ensuring manpower planning, performance appraisal, and implementation of policies.

Trainers

The TRAINERS are responsible to develop training materials and to conduct trainings and workshops monthly, quarterly, and yearly to update the teachers’ learning and skills and to ensure quality of the academy’s services.

Quality Consultants

The QUALITY CONSULTANTS supervise the performances of the teachers and take care the every issue of a teacher with the student. They also help develop new teaching strategies and methodologies to fit in every class and student. In addition, they provide an accomplishment and evaluation report of every teacher.

IT Specialists

The IT SPECIALISTS maintain the smooth and efficient operations of the business and ensure the quality of the academy’s services such as technicalities and utilities.
